The Regulations for application to VSIX contains all information on NAP and all related procedures.
It is divided in three sections:
- General part, including, for instance, instructions on NAP management, activation procedure, obligations and contract duration.
- Technical measures, including for instance instructions on interfaces and standards to access the infrastructure, on interconnection rules and services.
- Financial provisions, including information on annual fees and on fees for subscribed nominal bandwidth
