The technical staff guarantees:

  1. support to users in their equipment's set up activities
  2. first level assistance in opening hours
  3. access to the NAP traffic statistics data 7 days a week and 24 hours a day
  4. best possible efficiency of the equipment of the NAP and of their functioning, also assuring 24/7 surveillance
  5. information to all users on dates and modalities of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities:
    1. respecting 15 days notice before intervention in case of scheduled maintenance;
    2. in case of unscheduled maintenance, all maintenance activities will be performed immediately.
