The technical staff guarantees:
- support to users in their equipment's set up activities
- first level assistance in opening hours
- access to the NAP traffic statistics data 7 days a week and 24 hours a day
- best possible efficiency of the equipment of the NAP and of their functioning, also assuring 24/7 surveillance
- information to all users on dates and modalities of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities:
- respecting 15 days notice before intervention in case of scheduled maintenance;
- in case of unscheduled maintenance, all maintenance activities will be performed immediately.
