Remote peering
This service enable a VSIX carrier to interconnect a remote Adherent peering router ethernet port directly to the VSIX Peering LAN.
Remote adherents will have as administrative contacts the Carrier for carriage and/or bandwidth services, and VSIX for annual participation fee.
If the user considers in the future to install own devices at VSIX, then membership will be enhanced by adding the costs for the colocation and peering services.
