The Regulations for application to VSIX contains all information on NAP and all related procedures.

It is divided in three sections:

• General part, including, for instance, instructions on NAP management, activation procedure, participants' obligations and obligations of the University of Padua Centro di Calcolo, contract duration.
• Technical measures, including for instance instructions on interfaces and standards to access the infrastructure, on interconnection rules and services.
• Financial provisions, including information on annual fees and on fees for subscribed nominal bandwidth
