Access to VSIX is opened to all operators who accept and sign the conditions illustrated in the Admission regulations, and have the necessary requirements.

1. Filling of the Application form.
2. Signing of Admission regulations, enclosing documents stating compliance with formal and technical entry requirements.
3. Application is submitted to the evaluation of the Coordination Technical Committee.
4. The Technical-Scientifical Committee (CTS) resolves and notifies applicant and all other operators, both if application is accepted or rejected.
5. If application is unsuccessful, CTS  will notify motivations.
6. If application is successful, the participant commits itself to activate connection to the NAP within 90 days after communication of acceptance, installing to the purpose all necessary  devices. If these actions are not undertaken, acceptance will expire.
